The Man Behind the Mission
From Chaos to Clarity.
From Pain to Purpose.
Trae wasn't born into ease. He was forged in fire — and he chose to rise. This is his story.
Forged in Chaos
Trae's earliest memories are of violence. By 3 or 4 years old, he was watching his mum being beaten. His dad — aggressive and unpredictable — was deported back to New Zealand before Trae turned four. He hasn't seen him in 26 years.
His mum changed her name to keep the family safe. They moved constantly — Victoria to Queensland and back again. He grew up around drugs, alcohol, instability, and survival. But even in that chaos, something inside him knew what not to become.
At 10 years old, he fell in love with movement. Running. Weights. Training. It wasn't fitness — it was survival. His nervous system finding regulation before he even knew what that meant.
Becoming a Carer Before He Became a Man
At 20, everything changed. His mum had a stroke on the operating table and spent six months in ICU. Trae became her full-time carer for a year — showering her, feeding her, doing things no son should ever have to do.
It broke him. It matured him. It planted the seed of who he was always meant to become — a man who helps others through their darkest moments.
“When she passed away, I lost myself completely. I was overweight. I was addicted. I was drowning in grief, trauma, and confusion.”

The Darkest Chapter

The Rebirth
Fatherhood. Separation. Awakening.
Between 25 and 28, his three boys were born — Jagger, Sunny, and Jersey. They became his mirror, his motivation, his reason to rise. But his relationship with their mother was toxic. When they separated at 29, it destroyed him.
This wasn't heartbreak. This was annihilation. For the first time in his life, Trae couldn't outrun the pain. He had to face it — fully, brutally, honestly.
When a man is broken to his core, he has two choices: collapse or awaken. Trae awakened.
Rebuilt Through Discipline, Not Luck
He found a holistic therapist named Joy — the first person who truly saw him. She helped him understand his trauma, his patterns, his pain, and his potential. She helped him turn his wounds into wisdom.
And then he did the work. All of it. Running every morning. Cold water therapy. Journaling daily. Bodyweight training. Eating clean. Facing every emotion he'd spent years avoiding.

Generational Healing
He Became the Man His Boys Deserved.
Jagger, Sunny, and Jersey are the reason Trae didn't stay in the darkness. They didn't just motivate him — they gave him purpose. He is living proof that parents who break cycles create healthier, more emotionally stable children — even while they're still healing themselves.
This is generational healing in real time. And it's available to you too.
